Howick Historical Village

Hi my name's Diyani and I'm here to tell you about our little adventure! Room 6, 7 and 8 went to Howick historical village. A fun place were things were so old! No iphones
no ipads No digatal! It seems pretty boring but it's not! There were so many things to look at.
So we split into groups and we investigate the village. At the end we had half an hour to look at other stuff and soon by 3 O'clock we were heading home. Have you ever been to an old village or and old house? What was the best thing your saw? Please make sure to post a comment!

Kupe

Kupe: A strong and brave man who fought in terrible fights that came out of nowhere. He always had to think of how to fight enemies that stood in the way of his heart's desire or how to save his people from giant octopus. Kupe lived a long marvelous life but sadly he did die in Raiatea. He had a desire for his cousin's wife so he drowned him and married his wife. He was from Hawaiki and traveled around New Zealand. It was a discovery that he was the first and foremost Pacifica person to find New Zealand. When he first found it his wife called it in the Maori word Aotearoa  I think he was a hero and a bad guy!!!
